Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Bookings may be canceled up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time with no penalty. Cancellations are not permitted within 72 hours of the booking. Reschedule Policy: Customers may request to reschedule a booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability. A $10 rescheduling fee will apply for each change. Overtime fee policy: To ensure fair use of our batting cages and provide equal opportunity for all customers, we have implemented the following Overtime Fee Policy: Grace Period : Each booking includes a 5-minute grace period beyond the reserved time slot. Overtime Charges: After the grace period, overtime will be automatically charged to the customer’s credit card on file. The charge is $12.99 per 15-minute block of overtime (or any part thereof). Automatic Billing: Overtime fees will be processed automatically—no further notice or reminders will be provided at the time of charge. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for exiting the batting cage promptly at the end of their reserved session to avoid overtime charges. By booking a batting cage, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Cancel, reschedule and Overtime Fee Policy.
